Online Study Funding

Fund the next step in your career

The tuition fees and funding for online study are different to those for on-campus study. You'll find information about both tuition fees and how you can fund your online study on this page.

Undergraduate funding for online study

UK undergraduate students studying online who are eligible for funding from the Student Loans Company will be able to apply for a tuition fee loan to fund their studies.

Please note maintenance loans are not available for online, distance learning study unless you are unable to attend a course on campus because of a disability.

Apply for funding

Non-UK students studying online will need to secure funding from their home country or a private source.

Postgraduate funding for online study

Master's loan

Eligible UK and EU students can apply for a postgraduate Master's Loan from the UK Government. Head to the Gov website to find out about eligibility criteria and applying.
