So, from offering modern, well-equipped student accommodation designed to fit a range of tastes and budgets, to giving you the support you need to find private sector housing, and offering you the chance to speak to current students, we’ll help make your transition to student living as seamless as possible.
Our student accommodation is organised by FXPlus - part of Falmouth University and our partners, the University of Exeter. It's spread across the Penryn campus and sites in Falmouth and Penryn towns; all connected by regular bus and train services. You can find out what's available and the number of spaces on the accommodation website.

Tuke House
Tuke House is based right at the heart of Falmouth town and is a purpose built residence of 11 three storey buildings set around a central courtyard.
The Sidings
The Sidings provides contemporary student accommodation for 233 students from both Falmouth University and the University of Exeter.
The Quarry
The Quarry is a ten minute walk from Falmouth town centre and is also within walking distance of Falmouth Campus. The accommodation is made up of 98 en-suite rooms in shared flats and 36 studio flats.
Packsaddle Hill
Packsaddle Hill is located a few minutes’ walk from Penryn Campus in peaceful surroundings. Packsaddle provides accommodation for 124 students, primarily from Falmouth University.
Ocean View
Ocean View offers a mix of six bedroom townhouses and four bedroom maisonettes. Each home comes with a shared kitchen and living area.
Maritime Studios
Maritime Studios, positioned close to the world famous Falmouth Docks and Marina, offer purpose built and contemporary studio accommodation in a prime location.
Glasney Student Village
Glasney Student Village is located within the grounds of Penryn Campus and accommodates over 1500 students from both Falmouth University and the University of Exeter.
Carrick View
Carrick View opened in September 2021 and is located just a ten minute walk from Falmouth town centre and is only a fifteen minute walk from Falmouth Campus.
