If you're studying an on-campus master's programme, we can help you find accommodation and get settled. Whether you're based in Falmouth or Penryn, you'll have a range of accommodation options to choose from.

Private accommodation

Falmouth and Penryn offer a wide variety of private sector housing. If we're not able to accommodate you in one of our own residences, we'll be happy to advise on accommodation locally. There are also accommodation fairs and online accommodation databases to help.

Cornwall Studentpad

Cornwall Studentpad is an online database managed by our accommodation team. We work closely with local landlords and agents to offer listings for a wide range of accommodation options, from shared houses to lodgings.

Find a housemate Facebook group

Our accommodation team run a Facebook group for students who are looking for private sector accommodation. You can connect with other students who are looking to form a group or find student houses with available rooms.

Halls of residences

Our student accommodation is organised by FXPlus - part of Falmouth University and our partners, the University of Exeter. It's spread across the Penryn campus and sites in Falmouth and Penryn towns; all connected by regular bus and train services. While postgraduate accommodation is limited we do welcome applications.
